I. Main Features:

The forming rolling wheels adopts 15 pairs of rollers, among them, there are 3 pairs of main side rolls and 3 pairs of assistant side rolls. The distortion between each pair of rollers is reasonable and uniform. The rollers are made D2 steel. The hardness of the rollers reach HRC 58-60 after heat treatment. It applies precise CNC machine tool to process, and which precision level is 6-7 class with surface roughness is between 1.6-1.8 levels. The rolling dimension is precise; work pieces formed are in standard dimension without surface carving up. The forming rollers are on end fixed, the other slides. The fixed end can position precisely while the sliding end make the bearing move relatively to the shaft or the cover and vice versa, hence compensate the length alternation cause by shaft heat distortion or manufacturing and installation error. The bearing runs precisely and it can adapt to various kinds of working condition quickly.
